Dr. Lillian Haley founded Haley Evaluation & Research Services to help organizations generate evidence that improves lives. Her work bridges academic rigor and community practice, helping nonprofits, healthcare organizations, researchers, and mission-driven businesses make confident decisions grounded in data.
She holds a PhD in Applied Social and Community Psychology, an MSW from UNC Chapel Hill, and a BA from Yale University, and is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) — a blend of social science and strategic planning she brings to every engagement.
